** Any request for content registration services, template redesign, or other requested changes will incur costs. Tavanasaazan will first review the possibility of providing the service, notify the client of the time and cost, and if confirmed by the client, the services will be provided. It is important to note that at the end of each month, based on the provided service time and the time limitations of the selected support package, an invoice for the excess service time will be issued to the client, which must be paid within 24 hours.
A 20% discount is granted to support contracts for second and subsequent companies.
The basis for calculating each phone call in the E-Support package and beyond is at least 10 minutes, and the basis for each on-site service session, if service provision in the relevant city is possible, is up to 3 hours. 3 hours are calculated for the issuance of the monthly invoice.
The time for each month is related to that specific month and is not transferable to the next month.
All client requests must first be ticketed, and after each ticket is completed, they must confirm or deny the received services. If a ticket is in the waiting state for a client response and the client does not respond within 72 hours, it will be considered confirmed.
